[OC] Sammy and Hitomi Mouse

Here are two brand new original-characters I created that could fit into the Seigi no Senshi Captain-Japan universe.

• Sammy & Hitomi Mouse: Sammy & Hitomi are a pair of siblings who like to play harmless pranks on people that are not mean and hurtful at all. Sammy is the fun-loving brother and Hitomi is the flirty and level-headed sister. They live with a kind-hearted scientist who gave them cybernetic-feet after they were caught in a mouse-trap, so they can now transform their feet into wheels so they can move really fast.
