No, your not seeing things...This is real and it is happening. This is a crossover that nobody thought was going to happen. Two manga superheroes that have nothing in common (Cyborg 009 being a sci-fi hero and Devilman being a horror-manga hero) are about to have a classic hero vs, hero smackdown.

Kamen Rider Gotchard: Plot Revealed!!
Toei has officially unveiled the 5th Reiwa Kamen Rider Series, Kamen Rider Gotchard, alongside with the show's plot and staff. In the series, artificial lifeforms called Chemy were created by collecting the best alchemy techniques, and are made to imitate all things that exist in this world. There are a total of 101 Chemies, and they are stored in a card called "Ride Chemy Card". However, these cards, which have been carefully stored, popped out and were released all at once! High school student Hotaro Ichinose is entrusted with the Gotcha Driver and is given the mission to collect all the Chemy that were released in this world. That said, if a Chemy is a reassuring human companion when it resonates with someone with a good heart. This is the case with Hotaro who loads the Hopper1 and Steamliner Ride Chemy Cards in the Gotcha Driver to become Kamen Rider Gotchard SteamHopper! Even in a Sega vs Capcom roster, Sonic overshadows Mega Man. We get Deathtanz Mantisk of all characters instead of either Mega Man or even a Zero? What's wrong with you?"
