A monster with long horns commanded by Bosgan. Besides attacking with his horns, he also wields a sword in battle. Bosgan has invented a machine that turns people into humanoid animals (mostly pigs). When Harmful Brass was sent to obtain a kid who was turned into a humanoid gorilla, he ended up in conflicted with Kotaro who became Kamen Rider Black RX until the kid returned and attacked Harmful Brass. Joe disguised himself as a humanoid pig version of Kotaro to let Bosgan, Harmful Brass, and the Chaps capture him. When Kamen Rider Black RX arrived, Joe sheded his disguise and Kamen Rider Black RX fought Harmful Brass which destroyed the machine that turned people into animals and restored the people back to normal. Kamen Rider Black RX called out his Revolcane to disarm Harmful Brass before destroying him with it.
